CLIENT AGREES TO:
Client agrees to pay a placement fee of 15% of the candidates first-year base salary.
Should an increase in salary be negotiated in the first ninety (90) day period, Glaser
Marketing Group shall be entitled to the adjusted amount in the recruiting fees.
Remit fee of 15% within one week of the candidate's start date.
Client is still responsible for recruitment fee should an employee be terminated within the
first ninety days for any reason other than the non-performance (a.k.a. layoffs).
For sales/commissioned positions, the fee is a flat ten thousand or 15% of the draw or base
salary if above seventy thousand.
Client hereby agrees not to contact, hire, or refer any presented candidates, without first
notifying Glaser Marketing Group, for a period of one year from the latest date submitted to
Client for consideration.

Assist in the scheduling, screening and interviewing processes, as
desired by Client.
Guarantee every candidate we place.We will replace any candidate who
might resign or be terminated for any reason (other than a downsizing
or layoff) within the first ninety calendar days of employment, provided
Client has paid the service fee within one day of the candidate's start
date.
Recruit and present qualified candidates for consideration by Client.
